Alan Anderson – Director of Delivery ServicesAlan has over 22 year’s experience in the IT industry. Focusing across the Financial Services, Government and Utilities sectors, he has worked for major companies that include the National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA), Direct Line Insurance and Northern Gas. With a background in successfully delivering major change and transformation initiatives, Alan leads our Project and Programme Management Services business. Martin Burke – Director of Technology Services Martin has over 25 year’s experience in the IT industry. Focused predominantly on the Financial Services sector, he has worked for CitiBank, Lloyds Banking Group and the Royal Bank of Scotland and has a background in successfully delivering strategic change and technology integration initiatives. Martin leads our Infrastructure and Integration Service and our Solutions businesses. Scott McGlinchey - Chief OfficerResponsible for our customers, operations and the development of the business, Scott has a background spanning senior roles in ICL, Fujitsu Services and Newell & Budge. In a non-executive or advisory capacity, he has also worked with organisations such as CBI, Scottish Executive, Generation Science, Opt2Vote and Young Scot. David McLellan - Finance ManagerResponsible for the management of the Companies financial and commercial functions David has spent over 30 years in the IT industry working for IBM and ICL. Raymond O’Hare - Non Executive DirectorRaymond holds a number of high profile board positions in Scotland including, Chairman of the IOD, board member of Young Scot, board member of the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), and member of the government’s National Economic Forum and Skills Utilisation Leadership Group. Prior to this, Raymond was director of Microsoft in Scotland for five and a half years.
